Delivery

Digital items are delivered instantly to My Orders and by email after payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Instantly delivered digital content is exempt from the right of withdrawal. Faulty codes can be reported within [24 hours] for replacement or refund.

Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Turkey have jurisdiction.
